Compassionate, individualized care integrating holistic approaches to support healing, growth, and lasting change.
I believe you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My approach is warm, compassionate, and individualized, recognizing that everyone’s journey to healing is unique. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to support growth, healing, and lasting change, including EMDR (in training) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio, a National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University. I'm currently pursuing my doctorate. I work with adults ages 18 and older, focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, adjustment disorders, chronic pain, caregiver burnout, first responders, and neurodivergence. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
A warm, supportive space to explore, heal, and reconnect with yourself through ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
