2.5 years providing IM-KAP for trauma, neurodivergent burnout, chronic stress. Facilitates Groups Monthly
I never imagined creating my own wellness practice, but over time it became clear this work was a calling I couldn’t ignore. Over 17 years as a therapist, from inpatient hospitals to family living rooms, I’ve worked with people carrying anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection while still appearing “fine” on the outside. Again and again, I saw one truth: trauma lives in the body. Even when the mind understands something logically, the nervous system can remain stuck in survival. This led me toward a more holistic, nervous-system-centered approach to healing that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Through somatic work, mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), I help clients move beyond coping and toward feeling safe, grounded, connected, and empowered within themselves. White Light Wellness was created from the belief that healing happens when people feel truly seen, supported, and understood.
