My therapy approach is built on two beliefs- people are amazingly resilient and there is always hope. I work with clients facing a variety of traumas and challenges and help them move to the present and build on their strengths utilizing EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. My Christian faith centers me and can be used in the therapeutic relationship with clients who share my faith or want to learn more. I have assisted clients facing a variety of issues with a focus on traumatic loss and PTSD. I am passionate about EMDR and have been amazed to see the changes when Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is used with intermittent EMDR. I am an Internationally Certified EMDR Therapist and I believe in making space in the KAP community for clinicians who have not personally participated in KAP.
