About Keysha
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor offering a holistic, integrative approach to healing for women who are ready to reclaim their mind, body, and power. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we are given the space, support, and tools to reconnect with who we truly are. So often, women are carrying trauma, anxiety, hormonal shifts, grief, life transitions, generational burdens, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. My goal is to help you release what no longer serves you and return to yourself more grounded, empowered, and aligned. For more than six years, I have been passionate about helping others heal through a blend of evidence-based clinical modalities and holistic, complementary approaches. My work may include EMDR, somatic support, psychoeducation, reflective practices, spiritually integrated healing, and for eligible clients in Florida, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, based on your needs and goals.
