I work with, highly sensitive, and highly capable people seeking depth, clarity, and lasting transformation.
I support highly capable, high-functioning individuals who are often deeply empathetic, responsible, and used to holding a lot for others. Many are high achievers—leaders, caregivers, professionals, or creatives—who are known for being dependable and strong, yet privately feel overwhelmed, overextended, or disconnected from themselves. A common theme is difficulty with boundaries, overgiving, or prioritizing others’ needs at the expense of their own. I also work with highly sensitive and neurodivergent individuals who experience the world deeply and may feel overstimulated or emotionally fatigued in fast-paced environments. Together, we slow down, reconnect with the body, and build internal awareness so emotions and needs can be felt and integrated. My approach is person-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed, integrating talk therapy, somatic work, art therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Our work is active and depth-oriented.
