You may be someone who has done deep inner work and spent years in therapy. When insight alone hasn't brought the relief you hoped for, we shift toward safety and nervous system regulation, and give your body a chance to do what it already knows how to do. Healing is rarely linear. It's a journey of stops and starts that uncovers, examines, experiments with, and integrates experiences. I often describe my role as something like a guide or GPS. You bring the wisdom of your lived experience, and together we identify possible trailheads to explore. Sessions may involve talking, mindful awareness, gentle movement, grounding practices, or memory reprocessing, depending on what feels most useful. My role is to help you orient along the way move at a pace that feels right.
