My approach to therapy is present-moment–focused, trauma-informed, and highly relational therapist. I take an integrative approach, drawing from Internal Family Systems or parts work, EMDR, somatic and experiential techniques, mindfulness, and Eastern philosophy. My work emphasizes embodied awareness, depth, and meaning-making rather than symptom management alone. I approach Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with deep respect for each person’s internal wisdom and capacity for healing. I do not view ketamine as the treatment itself, but as a tool that—when used thoughtfully within a strong therapeutic container—can help access inner experiences that are often difficult to reach through talk therapy alone. The therapeutic relationship, attuned presence, and careful integration are central to this work. KAP sessions involve preparation, support during dosing, and integration afterward to help ground insights into daily life.
