About Julie

I am a licensed psychologist with 16 years of experience helping adults of all ages navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I work from a framework that integrates interpersonal process, existential, transdiagnostic, and mindfulness-based approaches emphasizing the use of the therapeutic alliance for growth and change. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I oAer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) with intentional psychological preparation and integration, creating increased potential for new perspectives, emotional breakthroughs, and increased psychological flexibility. I utilize both insight-oriented and practical strategies to support my clients toward development of increased self-awareness and increased motivation for change in perspective and behavior. I approach counseling as a co-creative process within which I encourage my clients toward increased empowerment to change their lives according to their own values.
