Grounded, nonjudgmental therapy for recovery, neurodivergence, kink, and connection for high tension professionals
I help clients move from shame and survival into clarity, integrity, and connection. My work is grounded in ACT and Gestalt therapy, the IITAP model for problematic sexual behavior, and Journey Clinical training. I bring together deep presence, practical structure, and respect for the whole person. I work with individuals navigating betrayal trauma, compulsive sexual behavior, intimacy concerns, neurodivergence, grief, faith conflicts, and relational repair. I am especially attentive to clients who feel misunderstood because of alternative relationship structures, kink, sexual concerns, or identities that do not fit neatly into traditional boxes. I offer a nonjudgmental, values-honoring space where clients can tell the truth, build boundaries, restore trust, and pursue healing that is congruent with their faith, body, relationships, and sense of self.
