Specializing in Mindfuleness-Based Somatic Psychotherapy, EMDR, and KAP
I work with people who carry a great deal and rarely slow down, often in demanding careers such as tech, leadership, and other high-responsibility roles, as well as couples who feel stuck in repeating patterns. Many of my clients are outwardly capable and accomplished, yet privately exhausted, disconnected, or impacted by unresolved experiences that traditional talk therapy hasn’t fully addressed. My approach is grounded in mindfulness-based, experiential practices that emphasize present-moment awareness, the mind-body connection, and relational attunement. I support clients in slowing down and exploring their inner experience with safety and curiosity, opening the door to deeper emotional regulation, embodied awareness, and more authentic connection. I am a Certified Hakomi Therapist (CHT) and Hakomi Instructor, and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A). My work is also informed by IFS, Gestalt therapy, EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
