I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University. My education and experience have equipped me to counsel diverse individuals with diverse problems. My professional background includes 8 years working as a prison psychotherapist, and 10+ years on the pastoral staff of a nondenominational Christian church. Counseling felons for almost a decade means I've heard most everything and I don't judge. Your past need not determine your future. Most clients find me friendly, encouraging, and easy to talk to. My approach combines modern psychotherapy with a spiritual (not necessarily religious) perspective. Psychedelics are a new field of study and realm of experience for me, but their use seems to be a natural fit for my personality, philosophy, and professional methodology.
