I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families. As the Clinical Director of the Family Guidance and Therapy Center in Petaluma, I specialize in neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care. I am currently completing the Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research (CPTR) program at the California Institute of Integral Studies. My approach integrates IFS-informed EMDR, polyvagal theory, mindful self-compassion, mindfulness, and Sand Tray therapy as tools for integration and healing. Sand Tray therapy offers a creative, contained space for exploring the inner world and facilitating self-awareness, while pairing approaches like ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with EMDR enhances the longevity of symptom reduction. These methods, combined with the transformative potential of psychedelic medicine, create a synergistic framework to support lasting change and resilience.
