I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York. I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I also work with families to improve communication, healthy expression of emotion, and understanding. I take a holistic approach to therapy integrating a psychodynamic relational framework with cognitive and somatic approaches. I also utilize mindfulness and parts work (IFS). I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as a powerful modality to help clients break out of unhelpful patterns and broaden their perspective and possibilities for change. Prior to working in private practice, I worked in community mental health, most recently serving as project director where I provided clinical supervision and training to masters and doctoral level staff, as well as clinical psychology PhD students.
