About Jessenia

Over the past decade, in hospitals, non-profits, school-based mental health clinics, and now at my practice, I’ve supported adults, children, and families on a path of attunement and embodied relationships. I enjoy working with those from all walks of life. My expertise shines particularly in supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIAGNC folks navigating their professional/creative world, young adults developing their identity(ies), those who’ve experienced trauma, and parents who would like to create new generational cycles in their parenting. I meet with folks virtually who are open to deepening the relationship they hold with themselves and others. There is strength in understanding the patterns that shape you, and I believe everyone is capable of growing within and beyond those patterns. If this interests you, then reach out today and together we can reflect on your inner and outer world, and hold space for somatic connection, holistic understanding, and compassion for all parts of you.
