Hello. I have been working as a mental health therapist for over 10 years. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, MI, EFT, the Gottman Method, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. I believe that we all have the answers within, and I enjoy helping my clients to navigate that path. Self-exploration can be challenging and uncharted territory.
