I am a Borikua-Taino/Puerto Rican therapist integrating nature-based healing, decolonial therapy, and psychedelic-assisted work to support deep transformation. My approach honors the inseparable connection between personal and ecological wellbeing, helping clients heal trauma, ancestral wounds, racial identity struggles, eco-grief, and existential distress. In Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), I provide a grounded, culturally aware space for expanded-state exploration. My work is especially aligned with BIPOC, Indigenous, LGBTQIA2S+, and those seeking healing through a decolonial lens. I offer remote KAP sessions with nature-based integration practices to help insights take root.
