I practice from a Jungian-informed perspective, particularly suited for understanding psychedelic experiences.
In my work as a psychotherapist, I attend to unconscious processes that contribute to experience/behavior, challenging one's current assumptions and encouraging expansion of one's comfort zone. I may encourage a mix of talking, meditative, self-reflective, and experiential exercises, such as art, Sandplay, and dream analysis, the particular mix informed by the personality of the individual.
