My background in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness deeply informs my therapeutic work.
I have been dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys in private practice since 2014. I have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety and panic, body image issues and disordered eating, attachment issues, and behaviors such as perfectionism, people pleasing, enabling, substance abuse, and self-harm. My primary therapeutic approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps clients understand the different parts of themselves and resolve inner conflicts. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, an effective approach for processing and healing trauma, and iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation, which promotes a greater sense of well-being and inner peace. I also incorporate Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), which can support deeper insight, emotional processing, and meaningful shifts in patterns that may feel difficult to access through traditional talk therapy alone.
