Offering in-person individual KAP sessions. Neurodiversity and trauma-informed.
I strive to create a supportive, compassionate space where you can explore your true self—without judgment, shame, or pressure—and connect with who you are, what you truly need, and where you’d like to go next. I use a variety of approaches tailored to your needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness. I’ve had the privilege of supporting adolescents and adults with a wide range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to grief, trauma, and relationship struggles. I also have extensively worked with neurodiverse individuals (including autism and ADHD). I believe in meeting you where you are—no matter how big or small your struggles may feel—and helping you build the tools, resilience, and confidence to create a life filled with purpose and vitality.
