For thoughtful people who understand themselves deeply but are ready to experience something different.
I’m a warm, direct, relational therapist who believes meaningful change often comes from getting curious about ourselves rather than trying to force ourselves into being different. My work is collaborative, grounded, and human. I’m interested in the patterns underneath what you’re experiencing, how they developed, and what might help you relate to yourself and your life in a new way. I work especially well with thoughtful, self-aware people who may understand themselves intellectually but still feel stuck in old emotional or relational patterns. Therapy with me isn’t about performing wellness or having the “right” answer. There is room for honesty, humor, messiness, contradiction, discomfort, and the parts of you that are difficult to put into words. I want therapy to feel like a real relationship and a place where you can explore yourself with both compassion and accountability.
