Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for developmental trauma, attachment wounds, and the lasting effects of chronic stress.
Many of the people I work with already understand why they struggle. They’ve spent years reflecting, yet still find themselves caught in the same patterns. Lasting change often requires experiences that reach beyond insight alone. My practice specializes in developmental trauma, attachment wounds, and the effects of chronic stress, particularly for people navigating multiple marginalized identities, including LGBTQ+ communities, neurodivergent individuals, BIPOC clients, and survivors of complex abuse. I integrate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with relational, somatic, EMDR, and parts-informed approaches, tailoring treatment to each person’s goals, nervous system, and pace. I don’t believe people are broken. I believe our minds and bodies adapt in remarkable ways to survive. My goal is to help create the conditions where those survival strategies no longer have to run your life and where greater flexibility, connection, and self-trust become possible.
