Compassionate KAP that moves beyond symptoms to the roots of distress, toward healing the relationship with self.
I work with adults who carry the lasting impact of trauma, especially when earlier experiences continue to shape how they see themselves, what they expect from others, and how they experience present-day stress. In KAP, I focus on the space between what happened in the past and what is happening now: the beliefs, expectations, and patterns that formed through earlier experiences and continue to influence reactions in daily life. Ketamine can create enough openness and distance from familiar ways of thinking and responding to allow something new to emerge. My role is to provide a warm, deeply supportive environment where clients feel fully accompanied throughout the process. I emphasize thoughtful preparation, careful pacing, and integration so that the experience can lead to meaningful and lasting therapeutic change. I bring extensive experience working with trauma and approach each person with curiosity, respect, care, and close attention to what they need in the moment.
