Common issues that show up in my practice include navigating trauma and stress injuries, anxiety, burnout, depression, self-esteem issues, people-pleasing tendencies, and difficulties with relationships. My goal is to not only provide practical solutions but also craft enduring change for increased flexibility in life. When I am not holding space for others, you'll find me skiing in the winter, or running, biking, kayaking, or sailing in the summer. To feed my soul when not moving, I dabble in painting and spend long periods with my dog Pepi.
