I believe in empowering individuals to lead their own healing journeys through a client-centered therapy approach that emphasizes choice, autonomy, and self-agency. I'm trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and hope to use this innovative approach to support survivors of trauma and help individuals who feel “stuck” gain new perspective, access deeper healing, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose. Additionally, I offer faith-based counseling when desired, honoring and integrating clients’ beliefs and values into the therapeutic process.
