Depth-oriented KAP blending somatic therapy, IFS, and nature-based healing
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) therapist with 18 years of experience in mental health. I support clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with women, young adults, and trauma survivors, as well as those exploring identity, releasing perfectionism, and seeking greater purpose and meaning. My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapies, Narrative Therapy, DBT, and psychodynamic frameworks. As a lifelong seeker with a deep respect for the healing potential of expanded states of consciousness, I bring both clinical grounding and experiential understanding to this work. I offer KAP in-person and virtually for individuals, couples, and groups in collaboration with Journey Clinical.
