About Emily

Are you stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, or self-doubt? Showing up for everyone, yet feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself? I help people let go of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and over-functioning rooted in childhood wounds or lack of support for sensitivity, creativity, or identity. These habits once protected you, but now they make you feel depleted and alone. Through KAP, we create a safe space to access deep layers of healing—beyond insight alone—to release what no longer serves you. With 20 years experience, I bring a collaborative, trauma-informed approach integrating IFS, art therapy, attachment work, and mindfulness. I’m both adopted and creative, so I get the complex interplay between connection and rejection, and the journey of reclaiming authenticity. The calm, confidence & connection you long for are already within you. I’d be honored to support you in rediscovering them. I offer a free 15-minute consultation if you’d like to connect.
