Liz has over 13 years of experience in the mental health field in outpatient, community-based, and inpatient treatment settings. Liz received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Virginia Tech, second Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services at Old Dominion University, and her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Liz utilizes a person-centered, eclectic approach to best meet the needs of her clients, with tailored interventions to address various issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, interpersonal issues, and self-esteem. Liz is passionate about providing a safe, trusting, nonjudgmental environment where her clients can be themselves to facilitate change and support clients in achieving wellness goals.
