How do we become more fully ourselves when life asks us to grow beyond who we once were? Understanding ourselves is important. Living differently is what creates change. My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), informed by depth psychology, and, when clinically indicated, enhanced by Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy techniques. Using these tools, my hope is to create a space where people can slow down, think deeply, and begin building a life that feels more intentional, connected, and genuinely their own.
