About Eliana
I am a relational trauma and attachment-focused therapist who integrates ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with psychoanalytic theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices. My work centers on uncovering and working through the deeper emotional and relational patterns that often originate in early attachment experiences and continue to shape how clients relate to themselves and others. Through KAP, I help clients access emotional states and internal dynamics that may be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone, allowing for more direct processing and integration. My approach is both insight-oriented and experiential, supporting clients in developing greater emotional range, self-understanding, and capacity for meaningful connection.
