Attachment-focused healing for patterns in self, intimate relationships, and parenting.
Much of what brings people into therapy isn’t just what happened—it’s how those experiences shaped their internal sense of safety, connection, and worth. I specialize in attachment-focused work that helps clients understand and transform the relational patterns that continue long after the original experiences have passed. My approach uses attachment theory and how those experiences lead us to organize around protection, longing, and connection. This allows for a different kind of healing—one that isn’t imposed from the outside, but emerges from within, often with surprising clarity and precision. I work best with clients who are ready to engage deeply with their inner world, particularly around attachment injuries, relational dynamics, and longstanding emotional patterns.
