Debbie Teixeira MA, SUDP, LMHCA she/her pronouns. I am located in Spokane Washington In-person and telehealth sessions. Positive Balance Counseling. I have openings for individuals. I take insurance and cash pay/sliding scale. I work with mostly trauma, but also see patients with bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety, and depression. I do EMDR therapy and IFS informed with trauma. I also do somatic therapy, CBT. and DBT. I am learning to be a KAP therapist. I have been in practice for 6 years. I am taking new clients both telehealth/in-person.
