Depth-oriented KAP blending psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and IFS.
I work with clients who are often high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they are when they are not focused on others. I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) because provides a powerful opening for people who feel stuck in patterns shaped by early emotional wounding, chronic anxiety, or persistent depression. My approach is grounded in careful listening and a deep understanding of how early experiences influence identity and relationships. My longstanding mindfulness meditation practice also informs my work, supporting clients in cultivating greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and embodied presence. Our work together will focus not only on the ketamine experience itself, but also on meaningful preparation and integration, so that what emerges can be translated into lasting change. I offer a limited number of low-fee slots for those with clear financial need, prioritizing individuals working in social justice.
