Therapy and deeply exploring oneself through depression, anxiety and fear can be overwhelming. With the spirit of “Abhaya” (Sanskrit for "Fearlessness") we will explore past trauma, current relationship challenges or feelings of being overwhelmed by life itself. Narrative therapy, the power of story/metaphor, embracing strengths/resilience and honoring the courage it takes to lean into pain and suffering to embrace change serve as a theme throughout the work I do. Clients report feeling safe and free be be themselves as they gain new insights and the courage to free themselves from emotional blockages and unhealthy patterns.
