Specializing in trauma-informed KAP with lots of additional tools, including EMDR.
I’m a psychotherapist with more than 10 years of experience, specializing in trauma and the ways our past experiences shape how we move through the world. I primarily work with individuals who are curious, self-aware, and ready to go beyond symptom management. Ketamine-assisted therapy offers an opportunity to work with our neurobiology—to “play” with the brain’s capacity for plasticity and create openings for meaningful change. What becomes possible when we temporarily loosen some of the patterns that have kept us stuck, then use therapy to explore, integrate, and build on those openings? My approach is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in the belief that lasting change comes not from forcing ourselves to become different, but from creating the conditions that allow something new to emerge.
