She earned her Psychology and Spanish degrees from Drew University for her undergraduate studies, excelling in counseling psychology at Rutgers University. Currently, she’s pursuing an advanced certification in Mental Health Counseling at Long Island University. Employing a holistic and humanistic approach, Christina centers her therapy around her clients’ individual needs, evolving experiences, interests, and concerns. Her therapeutic modules span a broad spectrum, encompassing Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), guided discovery, interactive feedback, role-playing, mindfulness, and thought restructuring. Her commitment to ongoing education post-graduation includes specializations in addiction assessments, diversity inclusion, psychiatric consultations, personality disorders, and medication management.
