My approach offers a flexible, organic path through many emotional concerns — anxiety, depression, grief, fear, anger, trauma, sexual and creative blockages. I believe we are continually remaking ourselves and our experience of the world. Sometimes this happens outside our awareness, leaving us vulnerable to self-deception and distortion. In our work together, we turn toward what is actually surfacing — and stay with it. We deepen the awareness. And in deepening the awareness, we loosen the grip of the self-deception.
