I take a holistic and somatic approach to working with clients that is interwoven with Somatic Experiencing, Attachment Theory, and mindfulness based practices. This format allows the many layers of your experience to unfold organically, and creates space for emotions that may arise within session. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in exploring current patterns, processing traumatic experiences, and integrating new ways of being. My training is rooted in family systems theory, cultural diversity and competency, and is supported by current research in the fields of trauma and PTSD, attachment theory and development, and neuroscience. My work is in service of helping my clients to safely access their vulnerability and create healthy and nurturing connections in their lives. When working with me you will find a warm, welcoming, respectful, nonjudgmental environment in which to process what has brought you to therapy.
