Dr. Chandra Khalifian is a clinical psychologist, researcher, and educator. She is an Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Diego/Veteran Affairs Consortium where she focuses on developing and evaluating couple-based interventions for relationship distress and mental health, including enhancement of evidence-based treatments with psychedelics. In her private practice, she works with people in relationships and specialize in non-monogamy, sexual expansion, and psychedelic assisted therapy. She completed several psychedelic and psychopharmacotherapy training programs including the MAPS MDMA-assisted therapy program. She is one of the few people in the world trained in MDMA-assisted couple therapy. She presents her work at conferences throughout the country and is available for workshops and trainings focused on sexuality, communication, and the interplay between mental health and relationship functioning.
