Healing is a tough road. We so often receive the message that what makes us different or what brings us suffering, makes us broken. And to "fix" our suffering, we have to effortfully force ourselves to change. These harsh internal and external voices are hard to face alone and are a common part of that feeling of stuckness that often brings people to psychedelic therapy. When we're stuck and gripped around our suffering, ketamine therapy can be a powerful way to take a time out from our normal way of being. We can loosen our grasp. We can let new ideas enter our minds and allow new stories about ourselves to take root. We can rediscover parts of ourselves that we've lost track of.
