As a trauma therapist with more than 25 years of clinical experience, I have had the privilege of supporting adolescents and adults through some of life's most difficult experiences. I specialize in treating PTSD, childhood trauma, sexual abuse, and grief and loss, providing a compassionate space where healing, hope, and resilience can grow. I am a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, a Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, and have received specialized training in EMDR. My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as a Clinical Professor of Social Work and enjoy mentoring and supervising emerging therapists as they develop their clinical skills and professional identity.
