Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade practicing law. During those ten years, I saw firsthand how easily demanding careers can erode personal well-being and strain relationships. I watched brilliant colleagues and friends quietly navigate anxiety, burnout, loneliness, and relational disconnect—often trapped on paths that looked successful on paper but felt hollow inside. My pivot began through my own journey in therapy and supporting loved ones through theirs. Experiencing the profound shift that happens when you finally stop performing and start listening to yourself changed everything. I realized my true calling wasn't managing legal strategy, but helping people untangle their internal lives, reclaim their agency, and build authentic, fulfilling futures.
