Ketamine assisted psychotherapy grounded in mindfulness, embodiment, and spiritual depth.
I earned my Master's in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in 2012, where I developed a foundation in mindfulness that continues to guide my work today. I believe healing happens when we learn to mindfully connect with our emotions, bodies, and inner experience. In my work, I help clients access and process what the body has been holding, creating opportunities for meaningful and lasting change. My approach integrates Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Gestalt Therapy, CBT, DBT, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and the Rest and Restore Protocol. Gestalt Therapy focuses on present moment awareness and experiential healing, making it a natural complement to ketamine work. I completed KAP training through Elemental Psychedelics and Journey Clinical in 2024. I also maintain a personal spiritual practice as a shamanic journey practitioner, which informs my respect for altered states and the transformative potential they can offer.
