Compassionate, trauma informed therapy for adults using IFS and EMDR, with space for who you are and room to grow.
I believe meaningful change begins when you feel safe enough to bring your whole self into the room. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your experiences, identities, and pace. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, substance use, and questions of identity. I especially value working with LGBTQ+ clients, highly sensitive people, and men exploring new ways to relate to themselves and others. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand the different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion. When appropriate, I also offer EMDR to address the effects of difficult or traumatic experiences. Together, we can make sense of patterns that once helped you cope, strengthen your connection with yourself, and create room for choices that feel more aligned with the life you want.
