Trauma-informed therapy that moves beyond coping toward deeper healing, meaning, purpose, and connection.
I’m a clinical social worker specializing in trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, grief, and the lasting effects of childhood abuse, neglect, and dysfunctional family systems. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the understanding that many patterns we struggle with today began as ways of adapting to difficult experiences. I draw from attachment theory, nervous system, expressive arts integration and trauma-informed approaches to help clients better understand themselves, process painful experiences, and create meaningful change. I’m especially interested in ketamine-assisted therapy as an opportunity to help clients access new perspectives and engage with deeply rooted patterns in ways that may be difficult through talk therapy alone. I believe healing is not about becoming someone different, but developing a safer, more compassionate relationship with yourself and creating greater freedom in how you live your life.
