I am trained in EMDR, ART, Parts Theory, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy. I have gone through extensive training in order to provide the most effective techniques for treating traumatized adolescents & adults. I am very honest and direct in my approach to therapy. I spend a good amount of time getting to know you by listening to your personal story. It's essential to my work that you feel comfortable, listened to, and most of all, safe.
