I am trained in transpersonal psychology and provide counseling and psychological services to adults, families, teens, young adults, and children; I specialize in treating and assessing individuals who are questioning their neurodivergent tendencies and behaviors. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed. Conditions that I currently treat include: intense anxiety, depression, OCD, R-OCD, insecure attachment, adoption, grief/profound loss, PTSD, C-PTSD. I utilize mindfulness methods and provide ACT, creative expression, somatic, and symbolic interventions at my private practice; my focus rests on the individual’s nervous system and his/her Developmental, Individual, and Relationship (DIR: Floortime) differences. I am trained in Level I & II in EMDR and in Brainspotting (e.g., natural, resting, and quiet gazespotting) and engage in ongoing eduction in psychoanalytical, Jungian, somatic, and creative expression interventions.
