Anne Barber, LCSW, supports individuals in healing and growth, including trauma survivors, neurodiverse individuals, and their families. Anne specializes in developmental trauma, sexual trauma, institutional and religious trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety, while also working with autistic individuals and those with ADHD. Anne integrates Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as a transformative tool for healing complex trauma, PTSD, and treatment-resistant depression. In addition to and as a complement to KAP, she incorporates elements of DBT, ACT, MI, somatic-informed practices, and a strengths-based approach. Using EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness techniques, Anne fosters a safe and nurturing environment for clients to build resilience, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.
