The most thrilling moment in therapy is when a client leaves a session with me feeling like their mental space is in a totally different place than when they entered. My name is Angie, and I implement experiential therapy techniques with a very client-centered approach. I firmly believe that finding the truest, most authentic version of yourself is what brings whole healing to your lived experience, your relationship with others, and your relationship with self.
