I specialized in anxiety, providing trauma informed care, KAP
I’ve worked in mental healthcare for 19 years and have been a licensed therapist for over 15 years. My background spans inpatient psychiatric care, community mental health, outpatient behavioral health, and group private practice. For over a decade, I was on faculty at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, serving as lead psychotherapist in the Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health Department, before transitioning into private practice. I’ve had the privilege of sitting with people from all walks of life all simply trying to understand themselves and figure out what comes next. My approach is warm, collaborative, and systemic — a space to be honest without performing, to hold difficult things without losing hope or humor. I believe healing can be more than talking; it can mean developing a new relationship with our emotions & nervous system. Alongside traditional psychotherapy, I incorporate somatic approaches, trauma informed yoga, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I'd love to talk!
