Integrating Somatic EMDR, IFS, and ketamine to unlock healing where insight alone isn't enough.
I believe healing happens when people feel truly understood. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity rather than judgment. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. My approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, attachment theory, somatic interventions, and neuroscience to help clients move beyond insight and create lasting change. I view Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as a catalyst rather than a cure. Through thoughtful preparation, a supportive therapeutic relationship, and intentional integration, ketamine can help create new possibilities for healing and growth. My role is to help you make sense of the experience and translate those insights into meaningful change in your daily life.
